My own reflection.
Many of the songs on this album where recorded freestyle in front of a mirror while I was literally 'reflecting' deeply on my choices, actions and dreams.
This process was incredibly healing and revealing for me as an artist and a human being in general.. I reached many profound places of self love, forgiveness, acceptance and gratitude - So proud to be in the body that I am, with the mind that I have and the love that is in every single thing.

This also inspired the visual aspect of this piece - trying to capture the various versions of myself that I have moved through in this life.

I'm hoping that this added dimension will help the listener to digest this medicine with a little bit more clarity and focus :)
